Organize PDF Pages: reorder, duplicate, or omit pages
Use Organize PDF Pages to create a new PDF from pages in the exact order you type. The tool copies selected pages into a new document and downloads it as organized.pdf.
Example workflow
Upload a scanned packet where page 3 should become the cover. Enter 3, 1, 2, 4, 5 and download a new PDF with that page order.
Limits to check
- One PDF: Organize one source PDF at a time.
- Valid pages: At least one valid page number is required; out-of-range page numbers are ignored.
- Page content: The tool changes page order, not text or images inside a page.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I duplicate a page?
Yes. Enter a page number more than once in the sequence, such as 1, 2, 2, 3, and that page is copied more than once into the output.
Can I remove pages while organizing?
Yes. Omit page numbers from the sequence to leave them out of the new PDF.
Is the original file modified?
No. The page copies selected pages into a new PDF and downloads the result as organized.pdf. The source file is not edited in place.
