AnyConverter collects limited information needed to operate, secure, and improve the website. We do not ask you to submit:

• Files you process using our tools
• Text you enter into any tool
• Passwords, documents, images, or any user-generated content
• Account credentials (we have no accounts)

We may receive the following information automatically when you visit our website:

• Log data — Your browser type, device type, IP address, the page you visited, and the time of your visit. This is standard access logging retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.
• Analytics data — Aggregated usage statistics such as pages visited and session duration via Google Analytics, when enabled. Google may process this data under its own privacy policy.

2. How Our Tools Work

AnyConverter tools are built as client-side applications. Formatting, converting, compressing, calculating, and similar tool actions are designed to happen inside your web browser on your device.

When you choose a local file or paste text into a tool, the current site architecture does not send that content to an AnyConverter back-end processing server. The page may still request third-party resources such as fonts, ads, analytics, or JavaScript libraries needed by that page.

Many tools continue to function after the page has loaded, but offline behavior varies by tool and browser cache state.

3. Cookies & Tracking

We use the following types of cookies:

• Essential cookies — Required for the website to function (e.g., dark mode preference, language preference). These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies — Google Analytics sets cookies to measure anonymous usage statistics. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.

We retain server access logs for up to 30 days for security purposes. Aggregated analytics data may be retained according to the analytics provider settings. Because AnyConverter does not require accounts, we do not maintain account profile records.

AnyConverter is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of AnyConverter after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
